Brewing Traditions of the World II: The craft beer evolution, more hops, more malt and fusion
The third session of our Brewing Traditions of the World II course arrives this coming Tuesday, June 18, and does so with the craft beer revolution of the late last century. In what will be the first of two sessions dedicated to this phenomena, we will start talking about the increase in intensity in the aroma and flavor of these beers, thanks to the use of larger amounts of malt and hops, as well as the fusion of styles
The session begins at 20:30, will last approximately 1 hour, and at least 4 beers will be tasted during the session.
We are waiting for all of you who have signed up for the full course and also for those who want to attend this specific session, by booking locally, at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +34 876 660 494.
