Our daily menu is one of the best options for eating in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without sacrificing an economic price.

FIRST

Marinated tuna tartare, carrot yogurt and papaya.

Poached stew with squid and mussel with seafood.

Cucumber and green apple cold soup with fried shrimp.

Sauteed potato and egg at low temperature with mushroom pil pil.

Cecina, asparagus and roasted pepper salad with toasted almond vinaigrette.

Gnocchi in roasted hazelnut sauce, Parmesan cheese and oregano.

SECOND

Roast beef with onion rings and remoulade sauce.

Braised lamb stew with coconut, curry and apple.

Dried tomato and basil focaccia with mozzarella and arugula.

Garam masala chicken meatballs with basmati rice.

Grilled chicken fillet with candied potatoes, tomato and capers.

Roasted salmon loin with charcoal eggplant and aromatic mayonnaise.

Grilled beefsteak with french fries and peppers 400gr. (+ € 8.00).

DESSERTS

Creamy cheese, quince and Oreo biscuit.

Black chocolate tartlet with orange.

Passion fruit créme brûlée.

Carrot cake with vanilla ice cream.

Complete Menu: € 15.90 / Medium Menu: € 11 (VAT included).

Includes bread, half pint of Cierzo beer or wine, and water.
