Our daily menu is one of the best options to lunch in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without giving up an economical price. Enjoy the cuisine of our restaurant, in a unique place in our city and with the possibility of including one of the craft beers that we brew on the premises.

FIRSTS

Pasta sautéed with confit tomatoes, parmesan and basil.

Borage with saffron sauce, broken potatoes and clams.

Truffled onion soup, 64º egg and gratin toast.

Chickpea stew with squid and prawns in American sauce.

Trotter carpaccio with warm mushroom vinaigrette and cured cheese.

SECONDS

Pork roast beef marinated in annatto, orange and cinnamon.

Chicken thigh stuffed with spinach and raisins in chestnut stew.

Roasted tuna belly with root vegetables, garlic and dried tomatoes.

Pickled dogfish marinated with kimchi and amontillado wine.

Suggestion of fresh fish of the day on the grill or in the oven. (+6€)

Matured beef tenderloin with potatoes, peppers and Café de Paris butter. (+6€)

DESSERTS

Tiramisu with crunchy cocoa and coffee.

Salted caramel popcorn panna cotta.

Thyme and lemon sponge cake with meringue.

Full menu: € 17.90 / Half menu: € 12.90 (VAT included)

Includes bread, half a pint of Cierzo beer or wine, and water.

Available from Monday to Friday at noon.
