Our daily menu is one of the best options to lunch in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without giving up an economical price. Enjoy the cuisine of our restaurant, in a unique place in our city and with the possibility of including one of the craft beers that we brew on the premises.

FIRSTS

Escalivada toast with homemade smoked mackerel and lime mayonnaise.

Casarecce sautéed in truffle butter, spiced tomato and aged sheep’s cheese.

Pickled beans with quail, ginger and lemon thyme.

Carrot cream, fresh dill, sesame oil and a touch of chili.

Candied potato stuffed with shiitake, chives and bacon with creamy yolk and demi-glace.

Spinach and ricotta wellington with black garlic sauce and nuts.

SECONDS

Slow cooked bacon, vanilla cauliflower, apple and snow peas.

Smoked curry chicken wings, chives and lime.

Confit cod taco, mushroom cream, sweet potato and alioli.

Roasted grouper, artichoke hearts and wild asparagus, potato and saffron.

Suggestion of fresh fish of the day on the grill or in the oven. (+6€)

Matured beef tenderloin with potatoes, peppers and Café de Paris butter. (+6€)

DESSERTS

“Tocinillo de cielo” with tamarind and creamy nuts.

Chocolate ingot and beer pears.

Piña colada (in a cocktail and our way).

Full menu: € 17.90 / Half menu: € 12.90 (VAT included)

Includes bread, half a pint of Cierzo beer or wine, and water.

Available from Monday to Friday at noon.
