Our daily menu is one of the best options to lunch in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without giving up an economical price.

FIRSTS

Chickpea salad with yogurt, mint, dill and cucumber.

Scallop and squid rice with ink alioli. (+ €3)

Beef vitello tonatto, emulsified sauce, capers and toasted pine nut vinaigrette.

Aubergines stuffed with tubers and seasonal vegetables au gratin with tomato pesto.

Zucchini cream with orange and parmesan croutons.

SECONDS

Steer stewed with BS Dussel beer, creamy cauliflower and caramelized plums.

Grilled sole, classic meuniere of grapefruit, potatoes and pods. (+ €3)

Grilled pork tenderloin with figs and cream cheese.

Fried dogfish tacos with avocado cream and red onion.

Low temperature lamb shank, textured apple and green mustard. (+ €3)

DESSERTS

Pears in Oloro wine with chocolate.

Greek yogurt foam with red berries.

Green apple soup with ice cream.

Full menu: € 16.50 / Half menu: € 12.00 (VAT included)

Includes bread, half a pint of Cierzo beer or wine, and water.

Available from Tuesday to Friday at noon.
