Our daily menu is one of the best options for eating in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without sacrificing an economic price.

FIRST

Prawn, coconut and ginger soup with coriander and chives.

Beans with borage and clams in green sauce.

Tagliatelle with beef Bolognese, Parmesan and fresh basil.

Winter salad (potato and red pepper with herring and escarole) and pomegranate vinaigrette.

Artichokes with ham and fried leeks.

Poached egg and sous vide bacon with black bread and hollandaise sauce.

SECOND

Cheeky pork cheek with green pepper, creamy potato and crispy banana cheek.

Lamb meatballs in slightly spicy kofta sauce and pickled lombarda.

Squid, mussel and octopus stew with young garlic and baby potatoes.

Tuna tempura with vegetables and kimchi ali oli.

Flatbread baked with mushrooms, dried tomato, provolone cheese and seasoned arugula.

Roast beef, mashed peas with peppermint and its juice with black beer.

DESSERTS

Cucumber, mint and green apple juice.

 Balsamic strawberry marinade with cream ice cream.

Pomegranate pannacotta.

Cream and red berries pie.

Complete Menu: € 15.90 / Medium Menu: € 11 (VAT included).

Includes bread, half pint of Cierzo beer or wine, and water.
