Our daily menu is one of the best options to lunch in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without giving up an economical price.

FIRSTS

Celery cream, gorgonzola cheese and bacon with caviar and dried tomato.

Herring and cucumber salad with tarragon and beet yogurt.

Black squid fideuá and roasted apple aioli.

Longaniza and black trumpet cannelloni with truffle béchamel and Emmental cheese.

Sautéed lentils and portobellos with lamb sweetbreads.

SECONDS

Grilled steak with chimichurri and roasted potato.

Tuna marked to the point with snow peas, onion, pickles and passion fruit emulsion.

Pieces of fried dogfish in ceviche style with tortilla chips and chipotle mayonnaise.

Roast chestnut-fed pork, patacón and chives.

Egg and potato timbale with mushrooms and their pilpil.

DESSERTS

Torrija (French toast), English cream and ice cream.

Chocolate foam with caramelised rice and mango coulis.

Peach tartlet blown with cardamom and vanilla ice cream.
