Our daily menu is one of the best options to lunch in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without giving up an economical price.

FIRSTS

Warm ajoblanco with red tuna tartar and almonds. (+ €3)

Sautéed tagliatelle with basil pesto, cheese and dried tomato.

Roasted vegetables escalivada on toasted loaf with goat cheese.

Stewed beluga lentils with bacon and shiitakes.

Sautéed broad beans, Iberian consommé and 64º egg with acorn-fed ham.

SECONDS

Traditional Japanese Duroc pork tonkatsu, coleslaw and cherry tomatoes.

Confit cod taco, Thai broth, shiitake and boletus. (+ €3)

Marinated grilled butcher sirloin with grilled potatoes and fresh peppers. (+ €3)

Squid stew with clams in spicy chili crab sauce.

Baked potatoes with yogurt sauce, radishes, cheese and basil.

DESSERTS

Orange mousse with jam and dark chocolate.

Red fruit and basil soup with vanilla ice cream.

White chocolate cream, lime and mango.

Full menu: € 16.50 / Half menu: € 12.00 (VAT included)

Includes bread, half a pint of Cierzo beer or wine, and water.

Available from Tuesday to Friday at noon.
