Our daily menu is one of the best options for eating in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without sacrificing an economic price.

FIRST

Norwegian salmon salad marinated with beets, seed croutons and gravlax sauce.

Ricotta and spinach tortellini with red tomato, basil and garlic pesto.

Borage sauteed with broken potato and saffron threads.

Cream of smoked pumpkin with scallop and vanilla oil.

Crispy puff pastry with roasted vegetables, tuna mojama and toasted almonds.

Stewed chickpeas with jowls, mushrooms and truffles.

SECOND

Grilled sturgeon taco with smoked eggplant and blood orange sauce.

Fried squid tentacles with homemade aioli and onion rings.

Breaded eggplant, french fries and concasse tomato sauce.

 Boar stew with beer and dark chocolate with potato gnocchi.

Picaña marked to the point, creamy truffled potato, spice butter and its reduced juice.

Sirloin and Iberian bacon tournedos in gorgonzola cream.

DESSERTS

Pumpkin flan and mascarpone with nuts.

Chocolate and egg sponge cake with vanilla ice cream.

Apple, orange and ginger juice.

Biscuit, truffle and caramel cake.

Complete Menu: € 15.90 / Medium Menu: € 11 (VAT included).

Includes bread, half pint of Cierzo beer or wine, and water.
