Our daily menu is one of the best options for eating in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without sacrificing an economic price.

FIRST

Cherry and tomato gazpacho with mint.

Gratin potato and Tex Mex style meat with emmental cheese and chipotle chile emulsion.

Carpaccio of swordfish with citrus vinaigrette, corn and pickles.

Burratina salad with “asadillo” of vegetables and green mojo.

Cold lasagna with peppers and anchovies with light tomato sauce and oregano.

Puntalette sautéed with bacon, mushrooms and basil.

SECOND

Pickled rabbit with a touch of beetroot.

Beef steak marinated Creole style grilled.

Pork knuckle grilled with wheat beer with mashed carrots and coffee.

Spanish mackerel marinated in soy, wasabi and lime with fried egg and katsuobushi.

Fried red mullet, rice salad and tartar sauce.

Veggie Hot Dog *Beyond Meat with smoked ketchup and pico de gallo.

DESSERTS

Passion fruit cheesecake.

Creamy black smoked chocolate with red berries.

Lemon “Petit Suisse” with yogurt ice cream.

Mojito sorbet with rum and mint.

Complete Menu: € 14.50 / Medium Menu: € 11 (VAT included).

Includes bread, half pint of Cierzo beer or wine, and water.

Available from Monday to Friday at noon.
