Our daily menu is one of the best options for eating in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without sacrificing an economic price.

FIRST

Cream of truffled onion, egg yolk and emmental cheese.

Stewed thistle with almond sauce and cod flakes.

Pineapple and canon salad, tuna mojama and almond vinaigrette.

Sauteed trofie with cured cheese, arugula and roasted garlic cream.

Stewed red beans with black pudding and Iberian bacon.

Mushroom rice with chestnuts and Parmesan cheese.

SECOND

Pork secret with fried green pepper sauce.

Braised trout, parsnip citrus cream and nori seaweed.

Glazed chicken with tangerine, soy and smoked chestnut puree.

Monkfish suquet with candied tomatoes.

Tempura asparagus with cheese and romesco mayonnaise.

Grilled steer taco with candied potatoes and Pedro Ximénez.

DESSERTS

Meringue and lemon souffle cake.

Chocolate and cherry cake.

Mango, peppermint and pomegranate juice.

Drunk sponge cake with vanilla ice cream.

Includes bread, half pint of Cierzo beer or wine, and water.
