Our daily menu is one of the best options for eating in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without sacrificing an economic price.

FIRST

White asparagus soup, croutons, ham and wild asparagus with trout roe.

Udon sauteed with pickled shitake mushrooms and marinated chicken.

Marinated mussel salad with kimchi and spirulina mayonnaise.

Hummus of white beans, sauteed mushrooms and parsley oil.

Broccoli, pear and nuts with cheese sauce.

Poached egg with truffle bechamel, pork nose strew and mushrooms.

SECOND

Stewed oxtail with a touch of red curry and parsnips.

Pork tenderloin with spinach parmentier, fried cassava chips and hoisin sauce.

Lacquered lamb sweetbread with eggplant, wheat tortillas and pickles.

Half bream on the back, potatoes and green pepper rehash.

Squid in green sauce, potato aioli and Roman “cocochas”.

Vegan meatballs, with roasted tomato sauce and oregano.

DESSERTS

Chocolate coulant with bitter orange and pepper crystals.

Foam of Greek yogurt with infusion of red fruits and ginger.

Coffee and cardamom flan with cappuccino crunch.

Apple pie with vanilla ice cream.

Complete Menu: € 15.90 / Medium Menu: € 11 (VAT included).

Includes bread, half pint of Cierzo beer or wine, and water.

Available from Monday to Friday at noon.
