Our daily menu is one of the best options to lunch in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without giving up an economical price.

FIRSTS

Roasted potato with yogurt sauce, cheese and basil.

“Ajoblanco” with tuna tartare and almonds.

Pickled fresh beans with quail thighs.

Udon wok stir-fried with vegetables and pork jowl.

Black cuttlefish rice with alioli and romesco.

SECONDS

Diced beef sautéed with garlic, dried tomato and a touch of umami.

Grilled pork quill with peanuts, honey and mustard.

“Chicharro” with onion, celery, Oloroso wine and Jerez vinegar reduction.

Grilled tuna taco, mango and apple, sautéed with butter.

Suggestion of fresh fish of the day on the grill or in the oven. (+6€)

“Café de Paris” beef tenderloin flambéed, with baby vegetables and truffled potatoes. (+6€)

DESSERTS

Melon salad with raspberries and cottage cheese.

Lemon tartlet with gratin meringue.

Sautéed apricots with rum and custard.

Full menu: € 16.50 / Half menu: € 12.00 (VAT included)

Includes bread, half a pint of Cierzo beer or wine, and water.

Available from Tuesday to Friday at noon.
