Our daily menu is one of the best options to lunch in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without giving up an economical price. Enjoy the cuisine of our restaurant, in a unique place in our city and with the possibility of including one of the craft beers that we brew on the premises.

FIRSTS

Apricots, cherries with noisette butter and dill salmorejo.

Mediterranean lentil salad with yogurt and mint sauce.

Yellowfin tuna “tiradito” with seasoned potatoes and ponzu sauce.

Spiralotti alla Norma.

Potato cream and smoked bacon, 64ºC egg, dried tomato and roe.

Toasted naan bread with beet hummus, green asparagus and pickled chives.

SECONDS

Andalusian fried mullet with “pipirrana”.

Sauteed pork tenderloin, Strong Ale reduction and caramelized figs.

Grilled squid stuffed with blood sausage and nori seaweed romesco.

Pointed duck magret, Select Bitter and baby pear chutney.

Suggestion of fresh fish of the day on the grill or in the oven. (+6€)

Matured beef tenderloin with potatoes, peppers and Café de Paris butter. (+6€)

DESSERTS

Lemon bavaroise, cookie, raspberry and mint.

Whiskey cake.

Dried fruits baklava and meringue milk ice cream.

Full menu: € 18.90 / Half menu: € 13.90 (VAT included)

Includes bread, half a pint of Cierzo beer or wine, and water.

Available from Monday to Friday at noon.
