Our group menu is ideal for friends meetings, business dinners or any type of celebration in Zaragoza: birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor parties, etc. It is a very complete, varied and economical menu, with top quality products and paired with the craft beers that we brew in our own brewery, located inside the same restaurant.

Available from tuesday to sunday, but only on request and with prior reservation.

STARTERS

  • PAPAS CIERZO WITH RED MOJO: baby potatoes in two boils with charcoal-roasted peppers mojo.
  • CECINA AND CHEESE: beef jerky D.O. León and Val de Broto cheeses (José Grillo, Cuervo and Pardina), accompanied by bread with tomato.
  • CANNELLON WITH LONGANIZA AND BLACK TRUMPET: stew of longaniza and black trumpet, fresh pasta and truffle béchamel and Emmental cheese.
  • DOGFISH IN CEVICHE STYLE WITH TOTOPOS AND CHIPOTLE MAYONNAISE: diced dogfish marinated in tiger’s milk and beer, floured and fried with crunchy corn tortilla triangles.

MAIN COURSE

GRILLED STEAK, CHIMICHURRI AND POTATOES: cut of beef, chimichurri sauce and spiced potatoes.

DESSERT

TORRIJA, CREAM AND ICE CREAM: brioche bread, soaked in cream and caramelised aromatics on English cream and vanilla ice cream.

  • CECINA AND CHEESE: beef jerky from León and Aragonese cheeses (José Grillo, Cuervo and Pardina), accompanied by bread with tomato.
  • BEER MUSSELS cooked with Cierzo Weizen and garnished with garlic butter and parsley.
  • SALMON DANCE: salmon marinated in rum, honey and dill with wasabi mayonnaise, sesame, Chinese chives and pea sprouts.
  • CHICHARRONES JERK with Segovian suckling pig, crispy and honeyed, jerk sauce and pico de gallo.
