When it was time for the hop harvest, at the end of August, we went to the farm of our friends in Lo Vilot and picked 80 kg of Chinook (60 g/L in hop back), which bring an unsurpassed freshness to this IPA clean in appearance and powerful bitterness, dominated by pine notes.
ABV: 5.8% IBU: 40
Malts: Extra Pale and wheat.
Hops: Chinook.
