Time of the Season ’23
Harvest season arrived and this year we went to Daroca, to the house of our friends at “Lúpulo de Aragón”, who supplied us with super fresh Cascade and Columbus, both in bloom. Two excellent varieties for this IPA with a citrus and floral profile, with a subtle aroma, notable bitterness and a golden, crystalline color.
ABV: 6% IBU: 40
Malts: Golden Promise and wheat.
Hops: Cascade and Columbus.
