Lambic: the gastronomic beer
Next Thursday, March 14, we will celebrate the first gastronomic event of our academy. And as it will take place during the #SourWeek, we wanted to dedicate it to one of the most complex and interesting brewing styles: the Lambic.
The Lambic are beers that ferment in barrels for a minimum of 9 months and many 2 years or more. They remember the ciders and they stand out for their pronounced acidity. This acidity makes them difficult for non-initiated if taken alone, but in turn makes them excellent allies in gastronomy.
