Presentation of our new menu
Last Wednesday, May 22, the official presentation of the fixed menu of our brewpub took place, an ideal option to eat in Zaragoza. The main gastronomic media of our city, from the written press to blogs and influencers, did not miss the appointment. Heraldo de Aragón, represented by José Luis Solanilla and Alejandro Toquero, El Periódico de Aragón, the Gastro magazine, Enjoy Zaragoza, High Grossery, City Plan, Disfruta Aragón or Aki Zaragoza, were some of them.
During the presentation there was a tasting of five dishes from our menu, all prepared with products from La Finca, our main supplier of meat and one of the most prestigious in Spain. These were the chosen dishes:

In addition, these succulent dishes were paired with five different beers from Cierzo Brewing Co., which delighted the attendees. The presentation was given by Santiago del Rey (partner and manager of brewpub), Luis Bernad (head chef) and Guillem Laporta (beer sommelier).
Below, we show some photos of how this gastronomic event took place, with which we intend to make ourselves known as one of the best restaurants in Zaragoza:
