Yeast, the magic ingredient
This Tuesday we will celebrate the last session of the Introduction to the World of Beer I course, in which we will reveal the miracle of fermentation and how yeast really influences everything (aroma, flavor, body, carbonation, etc.).
The session starts at 8:30 pm, will last approximately 1 hour and at least 4 beers will be tasted during the session.
