Every month, our Beer Sommelier, Guillem Laporta, prepares a paired menu with some of the dishes from our daily menu.

4 dishes and dessert, each of them accompanied by a different beer, selected and presented by himself, to turn your lunch or dinner into an authentic gastronomic experience. A tasting of first-class beers in Zaragoza, with a kitchen at the height and directed by a qualified sommelier with extensive experience.
