The story of this sociable grouse, who left the wild life to live with the neighbors of several Asturian towns, came to us through our friends from Caleya. To him, as a symbol of this beautiful and endangered species, we dedicate this cloudy and full-loaded DIPA with Simcoe and Columbus hops.

Malts: Extra Pale, oats and wheat.
Hops: Simcoe and Columbus.
