Wood is not exclusive to wine
Next Tuesday, April 16, we will celebrate the third session of the Introduction to the World of Beer II course, in which we will talk about the use of barrels to mature beer, something we are used to in other alcoholic beverages, such as wine, but that is much more than a fad in the world of beer.
The session starts at 8:30 pm, will last approximately 1 hour and at least 4 beers will be tasted during the session.
