Beer, always better with friends

It’s easy for any follower of our brewery to guess that we love collaborations, and it’s that in our three years of existence we have made quite a few, both in our Caspe factory, and outside of it.

The main objective of a collaboration is always mutual learning with other colleagues from the craft beer world. We are in a young and constantly evolving sector, which makes it essential to keep up to date with the latest techniques, trends and ingredients. Along with this objective are the desire to share a day of work, but also of celebration, with old and new friends, as well as seeing or showing our breweries and the human team that makes them work. Finally, there is no doubt that collaborations always generate a special interest in consumers, eager to try the combination of efforts between some of their favorite breweries and that, in parallel, the level of demand regarding the final product increases.

In recent months there have been many collaborations in which Cierzo Brewing has been present, passing through Zaragoza two of the best national brands of the moment: Espiga, with which we brewed Jaque Mate, and recently La Pirata, cuyo whose result will be released light within a few weeks. In addition, we have participated in the “Desde Liérganes” Dougall’s series, we have made two beers with our Andalusian friends from Río Azul and Malandar, with Segovians San Frutos, and finally we have launched a jewel that had been maturing for some time in Segarreta: Wild Wind.
