A good danger is getting together with breweries of the level that Cosa Nostra has been demonstrating, to collaborate on this very dry and bitter IPA, starring the resinous and floral flavor of the Ahtanum hops, which we like so much on the West Coast style, accompanied by two American classics as are Citra and Simcoe.
ABV: 5.8% IBU: 60
Malts: Extra Pale, English Premium Caramalt and Vienna.
Hops: Ahtanum, Citra and Simcoe.
