A brewer by profession and a chemist by training, Sergio Ruiz is our “Head Brewer” and creator of the recipes of Cierzo Brewing Co.

Next Thursday, the 18th will join all of you at a paired dinner, consisting of 5 courses and 5 of our beers, including a novelty that will be served for the first time in Zaragoza and exclusively for this event: Calypso, a Fruited Sour in collaboration with Segarreta.
