Paired dinner with Carlos Rodriguez, brewer of Ales Agullons

This Thursday, July 25, we will receive in our brewpub one of the biggest representatives of craft beer in Spain: Carlos Rodríguez, from Ales Agullons. In his farm in Alt Penedès, he has been brewing since 2008, with a specialization in spontaneous fermentation. We are proud to be friends with Carlos and we are lucky to have him for this event, where he will have dinner with us and he will present us 5 of his beers, paired with 5 courses.
