Tasting of sour beers with Màger

Next Thursday, November 4, Aleix Puig will visit our brewpub Aleix Puig. He is the brewer of one of the most top breweries of the moment, especially at sour beers, fruit beers, and spontaneous fermentations.

Aleix and Sergio Ruiz, our brewmaster, will lead a tasting of 3 beers, paired with 3 “tapas”. And yes, the tasting will include a collaboration between both breweries, which is one of our next novelties and that we will release that same day on tap: Magic Touch, a beer with a mix of farmhouse and sour yeasts, to which we also incorporate white peaches (50 grams per liter) in fermentation. In addition, we will try a sour reference from Màger and another from Cierzo.
