Our daily menu is one of the best options to lunch in the center of Zaragoza. Varied, healthy, with quality product and an avant-garde touch, but without giving up an economical price. Enjoy the cuisine of our restaurant, in a unique place in our city and with the possibility of including one of the craft beers that we brew on the premises.

FIRSTS

Potato salad with creamy mayonnaise and Iberian vinaigrette.

Chickpeas with mushrooms, ham and prawns.

Sautéed putanesca noodles and Benabarre cheese.

Black squid rice with roasted apple alioli au gratin.

Confit and braised leek with old mustard and crispy bacon.

Warm white asparagus, creamy cheese soup and Cinca river trout.

SECONDS

Diced “en colorao” tuna like in El Campero.

Stew of cuttlefish, potatoes and peas in green sauce with egg at 64ºC.

Grilled entrees, roasted potatoes with green mojo and chimichurri emulsion.

Meatballs stewed in mole with fried yucca and a touch of mint.

Suggestion of fresh fish of the day on the grill or in the oven. (+6€)

Matured beef tenderloin with potatoes, peppers and Café de Paris butter. (+6€)

DESSERTS

Coffee and beer sorbet, chocolate and crème brûlée textures.

Red Velvet.

Pistachio, 85% chocolate and sea salt melting cookie, with rum and raisin ice cream.

Full menu: € 18.90 / Half menu: € 13.90 (VAT included)

Includes bread, half a pint of Cierzo beer or wine, and water.

Available from Monday to Friday at noon.
