Weeping Willow
Melancholy and wisdom are the two terms most commonly associated with Salix babylonica, or weeping willow, which has served as the inspiration for this low-alcohol IPA, soft, light and with a veiled appearance, but also herbaceous, resinous and with a notable bitterness.
ABV: 4.2% IBU: 70
Malts: Extra Pale, Maris Otter, Vienna and Red Rye Crystal.
Hops: Chinook and Centennial.
