You’ll want to drink this Bitter in jars, a beer in which we have experimented with our friends from Cyclic, fusing a classic English style, with its Maris Otter malt and its Nottingham yeast, but with organically grown Hallertau Perle hops from Germany. Another mass, please.
ABV: 4.2% IBU: 25
Malts: Maris Otter, English Caramalt, Crystal T50 and Chocolate Rye.
Hops: Hallertau Perle.
