BeerHunter and Cierzo, the unburnt, breakers of chains and parents of dragons, we bring you this Sour with lactose, strawberry and pitahaya, a beautiful fruit of American origin, also known as dragon fruit. A beer with body and intense flavor, in which the sweet fruit and lactose are balanced with the acidic nuances provided by the yeast.
ABV: 5% IBUs: 15
Malts: Extra Pale and wheat.
Adjuncts: Lactose, dragon fruit and strawberries.
