Time of the Season ’24
Once again, it was time for the hop harvest and this time it was our friends of Biolupulus, through Molina for Brewers, who supplied us with fresh, organic, whole-leaf Chinook, which we added to this IPA in hop back and which we later complemented with Idaho 7 in fermentation, to enhance its aroma.
ABV: 6% IBU: 50
Malts: Maris Otter, Extra Pale, Vienna, Best Pils, Caramalt and oats.
Hops: Chinook and Idaho 7.
