After four weeks of hard training in the fermenter, here is the result of collaborating with our Soma friends, Olympic IPA champions. A base of barley, wheat and oats, with Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Rakau in dry hopping, joined by El Dorado in hop back, and all fermented with Green Mountain yeast.
ABV: 6% IBU: 70
Malts: Golden Promise, oats and wheat.
Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Rakau and El Dorado.
