The autumn beer season has a great protagonist, the pumpkin, and in this recipe we wanted to accompany it with other ingredients that transport us to this delicious time of year, such as figs and chestnuts, or spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom. Silver medal at the Barcelona Beer Challenge 2023, in the Autumn Seasonal Beer category.
ABV: 6.8% IBU: 60
Malts: Maris Otter, Crystal, Aromatic, Red Rye Crystal, oats and wheat.
Adjuncts: Cinnamon, figs, chestnuts, nutmeg and cardamom.
