Our friends from San Jorge Coffee Roasters were planted one day in Caspe with 15 kg of specialty coffee, from Ethiopia and Peru, and we decided to add it in three phases —boiling, hop back and fermentation— to a Double IPA with Talus and Simcoe hops. Malts: Maris Otter, English Caramalt and Munich.
