Wow! This beer is automatic, systematic and hydromatic, which is the least you would expect from a collaboration between Attik and Cierzo. A refreshing and intense raspberry and cherry smoothie, in which the sweetness of the lactose and the fruit is balanced by the lactic acid produced by the yeast.
ABV: 8% IBU: 15
Malts: Premium Pils, Extra Pale, wheat and oats.
Hops: Columbus.
Adjuncts: raspberries, cherries and lactose.
