Y no es una metáfora, ya que tras su elaboración se dejó reposar durante 24 horas en dicho campo, en una cuba al aire libre, recibiendo las levaduras salvajes que allí viven y que han convertido esta cerveza en algo irrepetible.[:en]This beer is inspired by a field of almond blossoms in Caspe. And it is not a metaphor, since after its preparation it was left to rest for 24 hours in said field, in an open-air vat, receiving the wild yeasts that live there and that have turned this beer into something unrepeatable.[:]
