Our brewpub in Zaragoza turns 4 these days.

Indeed, 4 years have already passed since we decided to open the first brewpub in Zaragoza. Concept that is still new in Spain, combining a restaurant and tap room with a craft brewery. Luckily for the Aragonese beer fans, we have this space in the nerve center of our capital, and it is also one of the largest nationwide.

And since birthdays are not every day, and it is not a small thing to reach this figure after resisting the hard times of the Pandemic, we wanted to organize a series of events to celebrate it, which will take place from January 18 to 20. Events that will be led by beer, how could it be otherwise, and by live music, as well as a very special tasting.

Events calendar

• Wednesday, 18. For the first time in Cierzo: In Materia, a group that will entertain this evening with their good music, while the audience enjoys a very fresh cask of our beloved IPA, Citra. As if that were not enough, we will receive a visit from the Valencian brewery Sáez & Son, who will bring a couple of kegs with them for the occasion.
• Thursday, 19. We will continue with the music, with some regulars that could not be missing on our anniversary: Open Mic Zaragoza. With Diego Meléndez at the helm, they will once again make us enjoy with their repertoire of all-time classics. And to pair? World premiere of our last 4 beer releases on tap.

• Friday, 20. The icing on the cake will be provided by our bartender Víctor Rodríguez, the best beer server in Aragon and recent national runner-up in cocktails. He will lead a tasting of 3 cocktails paired with 3 tapas created for the occasion by our kitchen team. It is the only event that requires prior reservation (in person, via email reservas@cierzobrewing.com or by calling 876 660 494), at a cost of 24 euros per person.
