Sicarias del Cierzo
“Skates and beer” is the rallying cry of our local Roller Derby team, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary and of which we are proud sponsors. To create a beer to match, we got together with the best in the business, our friends from the Pink Boots Society, who in addition to their wisdom, contributed with a wonderful blend of Idaho Gem, HBC 630, Talus, Triumph and Loral hops.
ABV: 6% IBU: 60
Malts: Extra Pale, oats and wheat.
Hops: Idaho Gem, HBC 630, Talus, Triumph and Loral.
