This Imperial Stout combines specialty malts and a light touch of raspberry, which adds freshness and acidity, like a good song from Northern Soul, a musical style that lived its best times in the late 60s in England, characterized by its acrobatic dances to the sound B-sides, discontinued records and other oddities of American soul.

Malts: Imperial, Maris Otter, Red Rye Crystal, Dark Crystal, Extra Dark Crystal, Chocolate, Roasted, Wheat Chocolate, wheat and oats.
Hops: Sterling.
