Pilar’s Day Menu

October 12 is the most marked date of the year in Zaragoza and the height of the Pilar festivities. To celebrate this day we have prepared a special menu, consisting of a welcome appetizer, four dishes and dessert. How could it be otherwise, Aragonese products – such as olive oil, ham, crumbs or lamb – are the main protagonists of this menu with traditional flavors, but updated with avant-garde elaborations. Finally, and due to our brewpub condition with a brewery, we will accompany each dish with a different beer, to enjoy the amazing pairings that this drink offers us.

APPETIZER

Toasted glass bread with tomato and olive oil from Bajo Aragón.

STARTERS

Smoked eel curd, asparagus and Teruel ham with pomegranate.

Crumbs with sausage, yolk and toasted bacon.

MAIN

Cod confit with mushroom stew and fennel air.

Lamb cylinder, creamy truffled sweet potato and its juice with honey and rosemary.

DESSERT

French toast with brioche, coconut, ginger and lime.

Complete Menu: € 49.50 (VAT included)

The menu consists of welcome appetizer, four dishes and dessert.

Each dish will be paired with a different beer.

The price includes drinks (beer, wine or soft drinks), water, bread and coffee.

Homemade cannelloni gratin with emmental and creamy bechamel.

Ribs and chops of grilled lamb with french fries.

Ice cream and dark chocolate chip with Oreo cookie chips.
