Your beer academy in Zaragoza offers courses, tastings and all kinds of training and leisure events around our favorite beverage. All this at the facilities of Cierzo Brewing Co. in the center of the city, with the advantage of having a large private dining room, a large kitchen, a craft brewery and above all a highly qualified human team.

In Cierzo Beer Academy we carry out different activities aimed at people who want to expand their knowledge about the world of beer or simply enjoy a surprising gastronomic experience. From beer culture courses, to paired dinners and tastings, public or private, directed or individual. For this we have professionals, both from the beer sector and gastronomy, led by our Beer Sommelier, Guillem Laporta, with extensive training and experience organizing this type of events.

  • Saturday, March 7, 6:00 p.m. Initiation to the tasting technique + Guided tour to the brewery. Commented tasting of 5 beers. Price: € 12.
  • Saturday, March 7, 1:00 p.m. Cheese tasting from southern Spain. Dinner based on 5 cheeses of the highest quality, pairing each of them with a different beer. Price: € 18.50.
  • Tuesday, March 10, 8:30 p.m. Course of beer culture: Advanced. Commented tasting of 5 beers + Theory. Price: € 15 / session or € 50 full course.
  • Thursday, March 12, 8:30 p.m. Themed paired dinner: Mexico lindo. 2 dishes and a dessert of Mexican traditional food + 5 beers. Price: € 25.
  • Tuesday, March 17, 8:30 p.m. Course of beer culture: Advanced. Commented tasting of 5 beers + Theory. Price: € 15 / session or € 50 full course.
  • Thursday, March 19, 8:30 p.m. Paired dinner «Meet The Brewer» with Marc Baulida, from La Calavera. 4-course dinner and dessert, paired with 5 beers from this craft brewery, commented by their own brewer and our Beer Sommelier. Price: € 25.
  • Saturday, March 21, 6:00 p.m. Initiation to the tasting technique + Guided tour to the brewery. Commented tasting of 5 beers. Price: € 12.
  • Tuesday, March 24, 8:30 p.m. Course of beer culture: Advanced. Commented tasting of 5 beers + Theory. Price: € 15 / session or € 50 full course.
  • Thursday, March 26, 8:30 p.m. Defect tasting course: 1st session. Discover the most common defects in beer. 3 sessions + exam (prize for the best 3). Price: € 25 / session, € 25 / exam and € 75 full course + exam.
  • Saturday, March 28, 6:00 p.m. Initiation to the tasting technique + Guided tour to the brewery. Commented tasting of 5 beers. Price: € 12.

These activities are always directed by professionals, have an established date and schedule, limited places and require reservation and payment in advance. They are announced periodically on this website and also on our social networks, so stay tuned so you do not miss any of them.
