Paired Mexican dinner
Next Thursday, March 12, we will celebrate a Mexican dinner consisting of 2 dishes and a dessert typical of this Central American country:
- Tarasca soup of beans michacoana
- Chicharrones in red sauce with nopales
- Corn bread with tequila custard
In addition, we will accompany these dishes with 5 great beers, presented and commented on by our Beer Sommelier, Guillem Laporta.
