Paired Japanese dinner
Next Thursday, February 27, we will celebrate a Japanese dinner consisting of 3 dishes and a dessert typical of this country as far away as fascinating:
- Kimpira (lotus root and mushrooms).
- Sake chan chan (salmon stew).
- Nabeyaki curry (veal curry with cheese and egg).
- Tiramisu of green tea.
In addition, we will accompany these dishes with 5 great beers, presented and commented on by our Beer Sommelier, Guillem Laporta.
