Tasting beers and ham
On Thursday, March 28, we will make an interesting tasting as part of the activities of Cierzo Beer Academy. On this occasion we will discover how different parts of a 100% Iberian acorn ham marinate better with some beers or others. All this, as always, from the hand of our Beer Sommelier, Guillem Laporta.
