For this collaboration with the Italian birrificio WAR, we decided to go looking for hops at the other end of the globe, to New Zealand, where varieties highly appreciated for their juicy and tropical nuances grow, such as Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Motueka and Southern Cross.
ABV: 6.2% IBU: 50
Malts: Extra Pale, oats and wheat.
Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Motueka y Southern Cross.
